bullet Do not change clothes, douche or clean up.
bullet Do not throw anything away.
bullet Bring clean change of clothes with you if possible.
bullet Go to the Emergency Room.
bullet Call the Victims Assistance Center.
bullet Press charges against the person who raped you.
bullet Request the services of a rape crisis advocate from the Victims Assistance Center.
bullet Confidentially in all the services you use.
bullet Know if the offender is being released from custody.
bullet Have third party explain any medical or legal proceedings you don't understand.
